The name 6600 Slide is definitely not new, since it’s a model that Nokia has already launched. But now, the company has launched an upgraded model, the 6600i Slide, featuring a 5 Megapixel photocamera with double LED flash. It measures 93 x 45 x 14mm and weighs 100 grams, with a 2.2″ display with the resolutino of 240×320 pixels, and viewing more than 16 million colors.

One of the tendencies this year is to create new entry-level models, and Nokia hasn’t been different. The company has presented three new entry-level devices, labeled 2720, 2730 and 7020, all featuring the Ovi Mail and Nokia Life Tools services.

Recently, we’ve seen a decrease in popularity of those so-called clamshell cellphones, when compared to the slidephones. In the USA, however, they seem to be still rather popular, and Nokia has recently given exclusivity to AT&T for their new 6750 Mural.
There aren’t many details about this model yet, but it will have two screens, multimedia keys on the case, 2 Megapixel photocamera and an internal memory expandable through microSD. It should be launched sometime this year, in exclusive for the American market.

Pros:
- Bluetooth
- Wi-Fi
- IrDA
- HSDPA
- Internal MemoryCons:
- No GPS
- Photocamera could be better
- Phonebook isn’t very organized
- Rather delicate modelConclusion:
The Nokia E51 is probably one of the models that offers the best price/performance ratio, even if perhaps the design isn’t one of the most fascinating. It features all the possible connectivity solutions, also VoIP support, and its internal memory (which is expandable) makes it a rather good model for a business use.
