It was initially launched for the USA market, but now the Nokia 6760 Slide, or Nokia Surge, is now available in Europe. The cellphone features a slide QWERTY keyboard and messenging systems such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Live Messenger and email.

The email configuration is rather simple and requires only the insertion of the email address and password, while among the instant messenging systems, there’s also Google Talk. Also present are the GPS module and the Nokia Maps application. The Nokia 6760 Slide (also known as Nokia Surge) will be available from the third trimester of 2009 on.
