In a recent press-release from Nokia, the company talks about buying a German company that works in the social network area. Cellity is Web 2.0 social network that offers their users a series of services based on the Internet such as the backup and restoring of their own phonebook and more. With this acquisition, Nokia could create new services for their own users, as well as software solutions for the access to their favorite social networks.

However, the acquisition will not happen until the third trimester of this year. Cellity will probably change names in order to favor the integration with other Nokia products and services.
